Rinnai Philippines accepts payments through bank deposit (BDO) or PayPal. Orders not paid within 7 business days will be automatically cancelled.

Orders within Metro Manila will be processed within 3 business days (assuming payment is in order) and will be delivered within 5-7 business days, while provincial orders will have the same processing time and will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days. Delivery is carried out by a third party courier.

Warranty for Rinnai items is limited. It only applies to ignitor for tabletop stoves, built-in hobs, and gas range. For electric range and range hoods, warranty only applies to electric hotplate and main suction motor respectively. Consumable items such as knobs, burners, pan support, etc. are not included in the warranty. Please read the warranty card carefully for further information.

For people who need to purchase spare parts or want to have their Rinnai products serviced, please call our service center hotline first at (+632) 82512547 or (+63917) 5212526. Our service people would personally help you or re-direct you to the nearest service center available.

  • Rinnai Philippines inspects all products prior to shipment and delivery to ensure that they are free from any physical or functional defects. Should you discover any dent upon opening of the box, you must send an email to mitsui_estore@hotmail.com accompanied with a clear picture of the said dent. Email must be sent 3 days upon receipt. Beyond 3 days, item will be considered in good condition and can no longer be returned or exchanged.
  • Items with functional defects can be returned within 7 days upon receipt. Beyond 7 days, item must be sent to our service center for proper evaluation and repair. Charges may apply. The following conditions are not considered functional defects:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Faulty handling
  • Defects resulting from unauthorized replacement of spare parts
  • Defects resulting from unauthorized repair
  • Color issue (i.e. customer does not like the color of the item)
  • For items with physical or functional defects, Rinnai Philippines will shoulder the shipping cost incurred by the customer (proof required) when sending back an item for exchange. Please send back the item to the following address:

    Items returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in the same condition upon receipt. Original packaging must remain intact.
